Econo Lodge - Orillia

Good television channels provided entertainment during our stay. The staff were very nice and provided friendly service.- The water temperature in the bathroom was nice and warm, making for a comfortable shower.- The hotel is conveniently located near various fast food and takeout restaurants within walking distance.- I could see my vehicle from the window of my second-floor unit, providing a sense of security.

The front staff was rude and unhelpful. The hotel was run down and in need of maintenance.

We had a fantastic time staying here for one night and we were really happy with our choice.

It has perfect staff and location for a such wonderful stay for what we wanted the room for. Lots of options for breakfast including toast, yoghourt, croissants and jam.

This clean hotel has a nice lobby. Cheap units with two double beds and efficient staff.

The staff here is excellent and the rooms are very good, and I really enjoyed my stay because they provided a delicious breakfast with croissants, yogurt, coffee, toast, and tea.

Overall, it's best base for exploring Orillia attractions. There is a plenty of restaurants to eat, like Wimpy's Diner that is only 5 minutes' walk away, we enjoyed its location.

Loved my fine stay for what we wanted the room for. The continental breakfast was delicious, included: toast, yoghourt, croissants and jam.

It was clean, the staff was welcoming, plus the service was good. We got a non-smoking room with two double beds. The breakfast had lots of options, including toast, yoghourt, croissants and jam.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and hassle-free.

There were several negatives during our stay. The lack of maintenance was evident, with broken box springs on one of the beds and a loose floor in the shower.

Liked the convienence of the location and the staff .Really felt the price was too high for that room .

Smelled of cigarette smoke walking down hall to our room .Door key not working properly on door going outside . We ASSUMED the parking spot outside of our door was for our room ,we parked there on arrival .Went out to a concert , came back NO PARKING AVAILABLE on our end of the building and we were told when we questioned it that it was first come first serve . The door was all rusted on the bottom ,and remote for tv wasn't working properly. I honestly believe that $113.00 was too much money for our room .We won't ever stay there again . I was disappointed , wasn't what I was expecting from the pics they advertised!!!
